WHAT WAS I DOING BEFORE I CAME TO RADIUS?
Before joining radius, I was a beverage director at a restaurant in Boston. It was a very successful program and was recognized by one of the major publications in the country. 

WHY DID I COME TO WORK HERE?
Reaching that point made me realize thatI I had been in the same industry since I was 14 years old, long enough to know that there was more in my horizon. Thats when I came across one of the founders of radius. We had a mutual friend and I asked him how he got into his business. He asked me if I wanted to know more and I said I'm open for anything, I'm open to opportunities. That's when the conversation started. 

HOW HAS RADIUS CHANGED MY LIFE?
I never in my life thought I'd become a mortgage loan officer, being involved in mortgage lending, but I don't regret one day, the change that I made. The coaching, the training- goes on day by day. Whenever I have a question, a manager or someone to support me is never more than a call away. Getting into the mortgage business has enabled me to help families who maybe never thought they could buy a home of their own. But I have acquired the skills to walk a family through getting them organized and helping them achieve that goal. Nothing is more satisfying than going to the closing table with the family and giving them the keys. They're so grateful and so thankful and that is how you know you've truly made a change.
